What helps us help you

Your HappyTrader username or the email you signed up with (so we can look up your account)
The page you were on and what you were trying to do
A screenshot if you can — especially for chart, sync, or layout issues
For broker-sync issues: which broker, the masked account number (last 4 digits is enough), and roughly when the sync ran

Brokerage connections

HappyTrader connects to brokerages two ways:

Charles Schwab — via Schwab's official Trader API. Your sign-in stays with Schwab; we receive a read-only token.
Fidelity, Vanguard, Robinhood, IBKR, Alpaca, and others — via our connectivity partner SnapTrade. SnapTrade handles the OAuth flow with your broker; HappyTrader receives a read-only data feed.

If you have a question about how HappyTrader uses your broker data, email us. If you have a question about your brokerage account itself (balances, settlement, transfers, tax forms), please contact your broker directly — we don't have access to those systems.

Report a security issue

If you believe you've found a vulnerability, please email us with the subject line "Security" so we can route it appropriately. We'll acknowledge within one business day and won't pursue legal action against good-faith research.
